This 60 minute (or longer) session is to gather all information  regarding your current and past health problems and to clarify your health goals. This allows the practitioner to write up a naturopathy treatment plan that specifically targets your imbalances.

• A Personal Naturopathy Health Plan

• A Follow Up Apt. to Implement Health Plan

Reiki is available to all naturopathy clients as part of their treatment plans if recommended. Reiki helps to heal, secure, and align the subtle energy fields of the body balancing mental, physical, and emotional well-being. 

Naturopathy Coaching is available to all naturopathy clients beyond their initial interview. This is especially good for those suffering from chronic health conditions.
